Method (Serves 2)
- Cut solid ingredients into chunks and place into smoothie maker.
- 3 handfuls of Curly kale
- 150g Green grapes
- 2 small Pears (cut into chunks)
- Juice of a Lime
- ½ tsp peeled Ginger
- 200ml ice cold Water
