Cinnamon Kick

Spice up your Christmas morning, in fact any day over the winter months. This recipe is packed full of iron and calcium, to give you extra an extra boost during the festive period!

Method (250g serving)

  • Place all ingredients into the blender and blitz until smooth.

  • 125ml unsweetened Almond drink (fortified)
  • 1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 bottle of original Yakult
  • 1 frozen Banana*
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 ice cubes

*freeze a peeled banana and cut into 2cm slices the day before.
