Cinnamon Kick

Spice up your Christmas morning, in fact any day over the winter months. This recipe is packed full of calcium and B vitamins to give you extra an extra boost during the festive period!

Method (Serves 2)

  • Place all ingredients into the blender and blitz until smooth.

  • 125ml unsweetened Almond drink (fortified)
  • 1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 bottle of original Yakult
  • 1 frozen Banana*
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 ice cubes

*freeze a peeled banana and cut into 2cm slices the day before.
