  • 2 tsp Olive oil½ onion, diced
  • 1 Clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp Yellow mustard seeds
  • 400g can Chopped tomato
  • ½ tbsp Light brown soft sugar
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Filo wraps

  • 500g Mixed kale and spinach
  • 1 bunch Spring onions, sliced
  • 1 large Egg, beaten
  • 75g Pine nuts, toasted
  • ¼ tsp Ground nutmeg
  • 200g Feta
  • 270g Pack filo pastry
  • 1½ tbsp Vegetable oil
  • Rocket to serve
