- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 50g Cavolo Nero/ kale, stems removed and shredded
- 200g leftover roast chicken or turkey (approx. 2 chicken legs), shredded
- 90g cooked black rice
- 80g leftover cooked, cubed & peeled butternut squash (or sweet potato)
- 25g dried cranberries
- 15g pine nuts
- 1-2 tsp toasted coriander seed
- 1 orange, zested
- 2 x 320g sheet of puff pastry
- 1 small egg, lightly whisked
- Salt and pepper, to taste
