Yoghurt, granola and berry breakfast pots
This is a great little breakfast which takes seconds to put together. You can make up batches of your own ingredients and an old jam jar is perfect. It keeps it sealed in your bag for breakfast on the go.
Method (Serves 1)
- Take a jam jar and spoon in a dessert spoon of berry compote.
- Scatter over ½ of the granola and spoon on ½ of the yoghurt.
- Dot with some fresh berries and spoon on some more compote.
- Top with another layer of yoghurt then finish off with the rest of the compote and granola and decorate with a few more berries.

- 100g Greek yoghurt
- 55g Granola
- Some fresh berries
