Peanut and banana breakfast booster
The savoury notes of this smoothie really hit the spot. It only takes seconds to make so it’s a great breakfast to grab in a hurry. It’s also a great cure if you’ve overdone it the night before!
Method (serves 1)
- Easy peasy; simply blend the lot together and pour into a glass.
- 1 tbsp Crunchy peanut butter
- 1 Banana
- 250ml Milk
