Malt loaf with banana, honey and yoghurt

This is a really simple, quick breakfast suitable for any time of the year.  It’s packed with carbohydrate to keep you going but is also low in fat.  If you don’t like honey, try sprinkling cinnamon or nutmeg over the yoghurt.

Method (serves 1)

  • Cut two decent slices of malt loaf and top with the yoghurt, sliced banana and then drizzle with honey.
