Grapefruit, orange and pistachio salad with agave

This is a lovely sharp fruit salad which is perfect for breakfast. It’s quick to make and is full of vitamin C.

Method (serves 4)

  • Cut the skin off the grapefruits and orange and cut the segments out onto a dish.
  • Drizzle with agave syrup and scatter with the chopped pistachio nuts.
