Grapefruit, orange and pistachio salad with agave
This is a lovely sharp fruit salad which is perfect for breakfast. It’s quick to make and is full of vitamin C.
Method (serves 4)
- Cut the skin off the grapefruits and orange and cut the segments out onto a dish.
- Drizzle with agave syrup and scatter with the chopped pistachio nuts.
- 1 Pink grapefruit
- 1 White grapefruit
- 2 Large oranges
- 1 tbsp Agave syrup
- 50g Pistachio nuts, shelled and chopped
