Bircher muesli

Quick to make, packed with energy and tasty too, this original muesli recipe is an all-round healthy breakfast winner.

Method (serves 4)

  • Soak the oats in the milk overnight in the fridge. 
  • In the morning add the lemon, apple, apple juice, honey and yogurt and stir well.  
  • Finish with your favourite toppings and enjoy.
