Belting out a tune is proven to release feel good chemicals in our brain, making shower-oke a great way to start any day.

Exercise

Try to incorporate some exercise into your morning routine - NHS recommend at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity such as cycling or brisk walking every week and strength exercises on 2 or more days a week that work all the major muscles (legs, hips, back, abdomen, chest, shoulders and arms)

A Squat a Day

Do squats whilst brushing your teeth. Light exercise in the morning can help you feel more alert, so why not fit it in during a morning ritual.

Organisation

Prepare as much as possible the night before, this will reduce stress and save time each morning.  Layout clothes and any other items you need to get you day off to a smooth unrushed start.
