Today’s lesson is all about balance. It’s a word we tend to use a lot.

To keep your gut healthy and balanced you need plenty of good bacteria. Your little bottle of Yakult takes care of that. But you should also eat a healthy, balanced diet. As a very general rule, all of us could do with eating more fresh fruit and veg and more starchy, fibre-rich foods. And fewer of the harmful fatty, salty and processed foods.
