Before you can become more carefree and breezy, you need to identify the things that make you stressed in the first place.
Dig out a piece of paper and a stubby pencil and take a minute to work through the following:
• First, make a list of the things that make you stressed. Is there anything you can do to easily eliminate any of these from your life?
• Think about how you react to the things that stress you out. Is the way you tend to react appropriate?
• Write a list of possible solutions to the things that get you stressed. Could you delegate certain things to other people, say?
