Here’s a quick recap of your final week of training.
First off, drink 6-8 glasses of water every day. Cut out sugary snacks. Walk, dance, swim – anything to get your heart going. Choose wholegrain varieties of bread, pasta and rice, rather than white versions. Eat two portions of fish a week. And avoid the bad fats.
And, of course. Don’t forget your daily bottle of Yakult. Where would you be without those friendly bacteria?
