Firstly, don’t forget your daily bottle of Yakult. By now, it’ll be doing your gut a world of good. Eat a variety of fruit and veg. Make sure you get enough fibre. Have a bit of broccoli or cauliflower. Introduce a spot of yoga. And remember to drink sensibly.
