How are you getting on with eating more fruit and veg? You might like to know that the World Cancer Research Fund estimates that a diet rich in a variety of fruit and vegetables could prevent 20% of all cancers.

And don’t forget. Not all fruit and vegetables provide all the vitamins or phytonutrients we need to stay healthy. A good variety is the key.

Every day this week, try a fruit or vegetable that you rarely eat.
Here’s an amazing little recipe for a Orange, pink grapefruit, lime & raspberry juice drink to help you feel better about life.

Ingredients
2 oranges
1 pink grapefruit
2 limes
110g (4oz) raspberries

Method.
Simple. Juice the fruit, pour
into glass, add a couple of ice
cubes and enjoy.
