Let’s go back over your first week of training.
Start eating wholegrains, not refined grains. Begin every day with a Digestive Friendly Breakfast. Eat a variety of colours of fruit and veg. Don’t forget to exercise. Get enough prebiotics to grow your friendly bacteria. And swap your burgers and bacon for lean red meat. There. Stick to that and you’ll be a grandmaster in no time.
