We can’t tell you enough how important it is in keeping your digestive system healthy. And avoiding nasty gut complaints.

Your body needs water to maintain enough blood and other fluids to function properly. And you shouldn’t rely on thirst to tell you how hydrated you are. As guides go, it’s pretty hopeless.

Remember to keep on drinking 6-8 glasses of water every day. Why not go and pour yourself one now, just to be on the safe side. And if you fancy a bit of flavour, just add a slice of lemon or lime.
