What have we learnt this week?
Firstly, don’t forget your daily bottle of Yakult. By now, it’ll be doing your gut a world of good. Avoid gassy food and drinks. Don’t rush your lunch. Do a few simple yoga moves for ten minutes a day. Remember to drink sensibly. And exercise regularly.
