Try these simple ways to squeeze more exercise into your daily routine.
• First, leave the car at home on short trips. Walk instead.
• Next, ban all lifts and escalators and take the stairs instead.
• And finally, when you’re buying your bottles of Yakult, don’t do it online. Walk around the shops instead.
