A bit of advice about your lunch. Take your time over it.
Rushing down your food puts strain on your digestive system and can cause nasty side effects. Like excess wind. Which isn’t good for you or the person sitting next to you.
When you eat quickly, you also tend not to chew food as much as you should. This can result in great big pieces of food sitting uncomfortably in your gut. Not pleasant at all.
Starting today, make sure you take a proper lunch break. Even if it’s just for fifteen minutes. Chew your food slowly, and spend five or ten minutes letting it go down before getting back to work. That will give your digestive system a chance to digest the food properly.
